Health and Safety Policy Arrangements – Inspections and Reports
Regular inspections and reports are vital components of effective health and safety management in the workplace. The [Proprietor / Directors] of [My Company] will ensure that;
- Any inspections required by; law, regulations, guidance or best practice will be carried out by a competent person
- All inspections will be recorded in a suitable format and made available to any person with suitable authority
- Whilst working as a sub-contractor on a main contractor’s site, we will ensure that any inspections required have been carried out by the main contractor before work commences (subject to terms of engagement) i.e. scaffold inspection, inspection of excavations
