The [Proprietor / Directors] will ensure that Health and Safety responsibilities within the company are equal to responsibilities for target dates, cost, etc.
We are aware that our Employees will occasionally be working as sub-contractors on sites controlled by other parties. We therefore realise the need for management and our employees to liaise with others who are in control of such sites.
Although the [Proprietor / Directors] will accept responsibility for the implementation of this policy, it relies on individual employees to accept their own duty and responsibility to themselves, fellow workers and others who might be injured/affected by their acts or omissions.
The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements that we will make to implement the policy are set out below.
The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be monitored and reviewed every year or more frequently if required.
