Company Supervisors of [My Company] will;
- Be responsible to the [Proprietor / Directors] for; ensuring the implementation of, and compliance with, the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and relevant legislation in the workplace.
- Read the Company’s Health and Safety policy and understand the commitments and procedures laid down by the Company.
- Ensure that employees are adequately trained, instructed, informed and supervised, for the task at hand.
- Ensure that employees and sub-contractors comply with the company’s health and safety policy and current legislation.
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure; safe working practices and a safe working environment are maintained.
- Ensure work is allocated in accordance with the employee’s level of; experience, knowledge and training.
- Ensure that communication is encouraged and maintained, including reporting of; accidents, incidents, defective equipment, unsafe acts and/or omissions, and ensure that any communication is forwarded to the relevant person and dealt with accordingly.
- Ensure that any issues relating to health and safety are immediately brought to the attention of the Site Manager and/or [Proprietor / Directors].
