Company Supervisors of [My Company] will;

  1. Be responsible to the [Proprietor / Directors] for; ensuring the implementation of, and compliance with, the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and relevant legislation in the workplace.
  2. Read the Company’s Health and Safety policy and understand the commitments and procedures laid down by the Company.
  3. Ensure that employees are adequately trained, instructed, informed and supervised, for the task at hand.
  4. Ensure that employees and sub-contractors comply with the company’s health and safety policy and current legislation.
  5. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure; safe working practices and a safe working environment are maintained.
  6. Ensure work is allocated in accordance with the employee’s level of; experience, knowledge and training.
  7. Ensure that communication is encouraged and maintained, including reporting of; accidents, incidents, defective equipment, unsafe acts and/or omissions, and ensure that any communication is forwarded to the relevant person and dealt with accordingly.
  8. Ensure that any issues relating to health and safety are immediately brought to the attention of the Site Manager and/or [Proprietor / Directors].
